What is the warranty period on it Luggage products?
Most of our suitcases come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please check the specific product tag or your order confirmation for the exact terms applicable to your model.
How do I set the combination on my TSA-approved lock?
To set your lock, ensure the dials are at 0-0-0, press the reset button with a pen until it clicks, turn the dials to your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in. Full instructions are included inside your new luggage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does shipping take and can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Are your suitcases cabin-approved for all airlines?
Our 'Cabin' sized luggage is designed to fit most major airline overhead bins. However, we recommend checking the specific dimensions against your airline's current weight and size restrictions before traveling.
